D. MICHAEL LINIHAN JOINS THE LOWENBAUM PARTNERSHIP, LLC
Linihan Listed in the Best Lawyers in America for the area of labor and employment law  

The Lowenbaum Partnership is pleased to announce that D. Michael Linihan has joined the firm. Linihan was previously a named partner and principal at McMahon, Berger, Hanna, Linihan, Cody & McCarthy, P.C. and had been at that firm since 1968. Including Linihan, since September of 2005, nine attorneys that were previously at McMahon, Berger, Hanna, Linihan, Cody & McCarthy have joined The Lowenbaum Partnership.

Linihan is well known nationally as an excellent labor contract negotiator and has extensive involvement in all types of National Labor Relations Board matters. He is a frequent speaker to business and professional groups on issues related to labor and employment law.  Linihan has also tried cases to verdict in a number of Federal District Courts across the United States and he is licensed to practice before many of the United States Courts of Appeals.

Linihan earned his B.A. (magna cum laude) from Westminster College, and his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law (Phi Delta Phi). Linihan is a Contributing Editor of the American Bar Association’s “The Developing Labor Law,” is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Linihan is also on the board of trustees of Westminster College and a former trustee at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School. Linihan served in active duty as a Captain in the U.S. Army.
