Ms. Bregande practices in the area of labor and employment law. Ms. Bregande advises clients regarding all aspects of the National Labor Relations Act. Ms. Bregande counsels management clients regarding union organizing campaigns, union avoidance and unfair labor practice allegations. Ms. Bregande routinely handles trials and appeals before the National Labor Relations Board's tribunals and various United States District Courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals. Ms. Bregande handles jurisdictional dispute injunctions and strike injunctions in addition to advising clients during strikes and picketing.
