Mr. Franklin has extensive experience in federal and administrative labor and employment litigation, grievance handling, arbitration, contract negotiations, NLRB matters, and advice and counseling in personnel matters. He also has a strong background in management counseling in equal employment opportunity matters, including ADA, FMLA and sexual harassment, disciplinary action under union contracts and in non-union environments, and legal risk management.
