Mr. Hasman provides daily counsel to employers on their traditional labor law and employment matters. Mr. Hasman represents employers in unfair labor practice and representation cases before the National Labor Relations Board. These NLRB cases include secondary boycotts and work jurisdiction disputes, union elections inclusive of pre and post-election proceedings and defending employers against allegations of bad faith bargaining and disciplinary cases. Mr. Hasman further represents employers in arbitration proceedings regarding the proper interpretation of contractual language and just cause disciplinary actions.
