Mr. Linihan maintains a practice in the area of labor and employment law. Mr. Linihan handles virtually all facets of employment law, including employment discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Mr. Linihan also represents clients on various labor matters including union avoidance, elections, objections to elections including pre-election and post-election conduct, collective bargaining, strikes and injunctions, arbitration and unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.
