Ms. Jourdan has extensive experience in employee benefit plan design and in consulting with employers on all types of employee benefit, ERISA and executive compensation issues. Ms. Jourdan works closely with individuals in developing personal estate plans. This includes counseling the client as to estate planning techniques and options, tax planning, estate planning implementation (including probate, wills, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts, and charitable instruments). Ms. Jourdan also practices in estate planning, tax exempt organizations, traditional labor and employment law areas.
