Paula Finlay Luepke, Of Counsel

Paula Finlay Luepke is a litigator with who has extensive experience representing employers in all aspects of employment litigation. She has tried multiple cases to verdict and argued in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her practice also includes counseling employers in day-to-day employment matters, mediation and workplace investigations.

Ms. Luepke has also provided in-house labor and employment counsel services to a St. Louis corporate client. From 1990 1992, Ms. Luepke clerked for U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh, Sr. in the Eastern District of Missouri. She received her B.S. with highest honors in Journalism and Political Science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 1990, where she was articles editor for the Law Quarterly and graduated Order of the Coif. She was selected for the Milton F. Napier Trial award, and the William M. Pomerantz Trial award. She was a winner of the Midwest Regional Mock Trial Competition and competed in the National Mock Trial Competition. Ms. Luepke has been an adjunct Professor of Law at Washington University since 2001.
