Mary Carter Martin

Mary Carter handles all facets of employment law, including employment discrimination claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and law claims for wrongful discharge, workers compensation retaliation, and violation of state human rights act laws.
