Mr. Richardson handles all types of employment law litigation and enforcement of agreements barring competition. Mr. Richardson routinely represents employers in all matters before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor. Mr. Richardson handles professional licensing board issues and medical staff hearing proceedings. Mr. Richardson has counseled clients in connection with developing employee assistance programs, preventative labor programs and workplace substance abuse programs. Mr. Richardson also advises employers regarding employee privacy issues, investigations of employment misconduct, wage and hour issues, multi-employer pension fund withdrawal liability and fiduciary obligations under ERISA, including all types of discrimination claims.
