Mr. Scoular has extensive experience

issues as they relate to employee benefit plans. He is a
frequent lecturer and author on employee benefit topics.
Prior to graduating from law school, he worked in the
Employee Plans division of the Internal Revenue Service
as well as regional benefit consulting firms.
