Ms. Cooney has extensive experience with claims
in the areas of discrimination and harassment, wage and hour,
unemployment compensation, and retaliation. Ms. Cooney also
guides clients through the administrative charge process
within the EEOC and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights.
In addition, she advises clients on various employment-related
counseling matters, including the drafting of employment
policies and dealing with personnel matters. Ms. Cooney has also
been involved with traditional labor relations matters.
