Mr. Elliott assists healthcare and corporate clients
on a broad array of transactional legal issues. Mr. Elliott
has substantial experience counseling clients in all aspects
of physician/hospital joint ventures; for profit/not-for-profit
joint ventures, physician recruiting, physician/hospital
integration, establishing managed care entities and drafting
and negotiating all related agreements, including managed
care contracts. Mr. Elliott's corporate experiences include
business formation, management and shareholder counseling
of closely held and publicly held entities, drafting and
negotiating all types of contracts, shareholder control
transactions, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions,
purchasing and licensing of intellectual property and
general corporate counseling.
