Mr. Hasman provides daily counsel to employers
on their traditional labor law and employment matters.
Mr. Hasman represents employers in unfair labor
practice and representation cases before the National
Labor Relations Board. These NLRB cases include
secondary boycotts and work jurisdiction disputes,
union elections inclusive of pre and post-election
proceedings and defending employers against
allegations of bad faith bargaining and disciplinary
cases.
For clients with Union represented employees, Mr.
Hasman has extensive experience negotiating collective
bargaining agreements. This experience includes how to
lawfully handle lockouts, strikes and informational
picketing.
Mr. Hasman also provides daily counsel to clients on
all facets of employment law including discrimination
claims, handbooks, personnel policies, plant closures,
non-compete and non-solicitation issues.Mr. Hasman further represents employers in
arbitration proceedings regarding the proper
interpretation of contractual language and just cause
disciplinary actions.
