issues, US Department of Labor and US Department of Homeland
Security audits and site visits; temporary employment
visas with particular emphasis in H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, O-1,
and R-1 visas; and permanent residency and naturalization.
Our attorneys also support Human Resources and other
management personnel with recruiting support and maintenance
of lawful permanent residence for US employees subject
to temporary assignments abroad.

base of business expertise and our immigration practice
attorneys’ some 20 years of experience in employment-based
Immigration Law, representing employers in R&D, manufacturing,
healthcare, and technology fields; and also, religious
and educational organizations.
