employees. This includes representing employers in connection with
all types of union related issues, employment related issues and
local, state and federal governmental regulatory issues. On a daily
basis, we assist employers
in their hiring and firing decisions, in the administration of their
employee benefit plans, and in resolving or
litigating claims of discrimination. Our
transactional
attorneys address all types of health care, corporate and real estate
issues. We also respond to our clients’ specific legal needs by
structuring relationships where we either serve in a part-time general
counsel role or supplement services offered by existing in-house
counsel.
