D. Michael Linihan represents companies located
across the country in all aspects of labor and
employment law. Mr. Linihan is known nationally as an
excellent labor contract negotiator and has extensive
experience in all types of National Labor Relation
Board matters. For a number of years, Mr.. Linihan has
been listed in the various editions of The Best
Lawyers in America, Kansas - Missouri, Super Lawyers
and The American Lawyer's Top Lawyers for the areas of
labor and employment law.
Mr. Linihan has also tried cases to verdict in a
number of the Federal District Courts across the
United States and is licensed to practice before many
of the United States Courts of Appeals. Mr. Linihan is
a frequent lecturer and speaker to business and
professional groups on issues related to labor and
