The Lowenbaum Partnership counsels clients and provides training to client personnel in an effort to avoid claims of age / race / sex discrimination, disability discrimination, and sexual harassment. Our attorneys specialize in defending employers from discrimination and sexual harassment claims that are pursued. We routinely litigate claims raised under Title VII and by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and local and state agencies and appear in Federal and State court to defend our clients. As part of our litigation practice we encourage and have participated in numerous alternative dispute resolution activities.

Our employment law litigation experts defend companies against any and all employment discrimination claims, including age, pregnancy, race, religion, national origin and sex discrimination. We help negotiate severance packages that include releases of all claims, enforceable covenants not-to-compete and confidentiality and restrictive covenants that protect an employer’s trade secrets.

At the beginning of each case we meet with our client to develop the strategy we will utilize to defend the case and to discuss an estimated budget for handling the matter. We are committed to communicating with our clients throughout the litigation process. Our goal is to minimize the cost and distraction that can accompany litigation. We aggressively pursue summary judgment on matters that we litigate and strenuously defend the scope of discovery to which our clients are subjected.
