Mr. Lowenbaum represents management on a nationwide basis in all aspects of labor and employment law. Mr. Lowenbaum negotiates over 50 collective bargaining agreements each year, as well as handling numerous arbitration hearings and NLRB charges and hearings. Mr. Lowenbaum participates in all aspects of employment discrimination disputes, including serving as a mediator. In addition, Mr. Lowenbaum has substantial experience counseling and training a nationwide network of clients on employee hiring/firing supervisory and other human resources issues.
