Benjamin R. Marble, Attorney



Benjamin R. Marble represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including defending employers against claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination and wrongful termination as well as wage and hour class actions. He also counsels employers on the latest employment law regulations to proactively avoid risk and the possibility of litigation.

Ben received his law degree from the University of Missouri, where he won numerous awards and competitions, including excellence in pre-trial litigation, trial practice and trial advocacy.

Outside the Office

Ben has lived in locations across the U.S., including the island of Oahu in Hawaii, because his father served in the U.S. Army. In his spare time, Ben is either fishing for rainbow trout in southern Missouri or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. He is an avid food lover and enjoys discovering new restaurants.
