Mr. McNichols has extensive experience in providing
tax advice on sophisticated plans, researching and
counseling on compliance issues and advising on tax
aspects of employee benefits and executive
compensation. Mr. McNichols has substantial employee
benefit plan design and in consulting with employers
on all types of employee benefit, ERISA and executive
