Mr. Morgan represents management interests in all aspects
of labor and employment law, with an emphasis on employee
benefits and ERISA. Although a majority of Mr. Morgan’s
practice includes ERISA, tax qualification of employee
benefit plans and representing employers in government
audits, he also practices in areas such as the Fair Labor
Standards Act, OSHA, Family Medical Leave Act, employer
discrimination litigation and human resource counseling.
