CHARLES MORGAN TO SPEAK AT WELLNESS
PROGRAM LEGAL PITFALLS SEMINAR

In collaboration with Welsch, Flatness, & Lutz Charles Morgan will be a keynote speaker at the Wellness Program Legal Pitfalls Seminar hosted on August 27, 2008 at the Sheraton Westport Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri and August 28, 2008 at The Four Points Sheraton in Fairview Heights, Illinois from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. In addition to state specific legal updates, topics will also include HIPAA and Americans with Disabilities Act. Topics will be discussed for 90 minutes followed by a 30 minute open forum Q & A.
