Labor and Employment Attorney Thomas R. Chibnall Joins Lowenbaum Law

ST. LOUIS (March 15, 2017) – Lowenbaum Law, recognized by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers as a “Best Law Firm,” announced today that labor and employment attorney Thomas R. Chibnall is joining the firm immediately.

Focused in the areas of labor law and employment law, Chibnall is actively involved in all aspects of litigation, arbitration and mediation.

In addition to participating in and contributing to union-avoidance campaigns, Chibnall provides union training for corporate clients. He routinely helps employers handle matters involving discrimination, harassment, disability and retaliation claims. Additionally, Chibnall assists and counsels employers in handling, negotiating and responding to OSHA matters and citations.

While Chibnall’s expertise includes litigating labor and employment matters, he also helps employers avoid litigation by advising them on employee issues including discipline, discharge and reasonable accommodation of disabilities.

Chibnall received his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, his M.A. in English from Saint Louis University and his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
