The Lowenbaum Partnership Welcomes Robert S. Seigel

ST. LOUIS (April 24, 2012) – Labor & employment law firm The Lowenbaum Partnership, LLC announced today that Robert S. Seigel is joining the firm immediately.

Most recently with Gallop, Johnson & Neuman, Robert S. Seigel previously served as Deputy Regional Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). He was with the Board for 18 years during which time he was one of the few field attorneys selected to represent an oral argument before the board.

Seigel practices traditional labor law and represents management before the National Labor Relations Board and other federal and state labor regulatory agencies in collective bargaining negotiations, in labor arbitrations and in union avoidance campaigns. He also counsels clients on how to avoid employment discrimination and retaliation claims, and he represents clients in administrative investigations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state employment discrimination agencies.

He has presented seminars, and is available to clients for seminars on a variety of topics, including management techniques, union avoidance, presentation of arbitration cases, Wage and Hour compliance, compliance with the National Labor Relations Act, and compliance with the WARN Act.

“Rob has tremendous talent and a lot of great experience and knowledge,” says R. Michael Lowenbaum, partner at The Lowenbaum Partnership, who worked with Seigel at the NLRB. “I think he is going to be an excellent addition to our firm.”
