The Missouri Public
Employers Labor Relations
Association and The Lowenbaum
Partnership, LLC are sponsoring two
Workshops with sessions on FMLA
Changes, Sunshine Law & Email
Consequences and Disciplinary Action
in a Collective Bargaining System to
be held in Jefferson City, Missouri
on June 25, 2008 at the Jefferson
City Police Department and Liberty,
Missouri on July 9, 2008 at the Clay
County Health Department.
Mary Carter Martin handles all
facets of employment law, including
employment discrimination claims
under the FMLA Title VII, ADA, Age
Discrimination in Employment Act,
FLSA, claims for wrongful discharge,
immigration violations, workers
compensation retaliation and
violation of state and human rights
act laws.
Ivan Schraeder has over 36 years of
experience in public sector labor
and employment law and law
enforcement assistance. He serves
has general counsel for MOPERLA and
is a founding member. He is also an
instructor for the Missouri Bar
Association and the Eastern Missouri
Police Academy. He provides legal
service for over 48 counties in
Missouri while serving as General
Counsel for the Missouri Association
of Counties, the Missouri Police
Chiefs Association and as Special
Counsel for the Missouri Municipal
League and the Missouri School
Boards.
