Christopher M. Sanders practices in all areas of labor and employment law with an emphasis in litigation before the federal courts and the National Labor Relations Board. In representing and serving the firm’s clientele, Chris relies upon his legal education, where he concentrated his studies in the area of employment law and received a Certificate in Employment Law as well as his service as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Chris provides various services to clients in the labor area, including representing management in arbitration, union avoidance, National Labor Relations Board elections, collective bargaining, strikes and injunctions and unfair labor practice charges. Chris’s employment practice includes litigation concerning employment discrimination under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. He is also involved in investigating and responding on behalf of management to employee claims before administrative agencies. In addition, Chris advises clients on employment-related matters such as personnel policies, daily human resources issues, employment contracts, severance agreements and employee handbooks.
