IVAN SCHRAEDER TO SPEAK AT CITY OF NEOSHO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING SEMINAR

Ivan Schraeder will be a keynote speaker at the “Collective Bargaining: A Constitutional Right” seminar on December 12, 2007 at Missouri Southern State University Justice Auditorium from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Topics to be discussed include:

• Overview of Supreme Court Decision

• Preparing bargaining units to protect Employers

• Creating the management team for negotiations

• Identifying and drafting contract provisions to protect the City
