Mr. Timm practices in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, business and commercial transactions, trademark law, OSHA and representing and advising employers in employment law matters. Mr. Timm has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants and drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements for buyers and sellers of commercial real estate.
