The Lowenbaum Partnership has developed an innovative approach to assisting our clients in resolving their transactional law issues. We structure attractive fee arrangements that facilitate our lawyers serving in an in-house counsel role for numerous clients who do not have a need for a full-time general counsel and we supplement the in-house legal department for other clients. Our information technology network allows our attorneys to be at a client location and immediately available to respond to the client’s needs but work on other maters during down time. This allows us to implement fee arrangements where the client gets the best of both worlds, on site legal service without having to pay for a full time in-house lawyer. Similarly, we supplement in-house legal staffs during times of heavy workflow or to handle specific transactions.
