This year, we are offering popular 4-week courses: Core HR Concepts & New Developments and Advanced HR Topics. we are offering both of these courses beginning on three (3) different start dates throughout the upcoming year. Core HR Concepts & New Developments
Course Description: Keep apprised of new legal developments affecting HR Practitioners and enhance your existing knowledge by viewing familiar concepts from the unique legal perspective of our attorneys. Whether you have been in HR one year or twenty, there is something for everyone in our general HR Course. Come spend your Saturdays with us to further your understanding of FMLA/ADA issues, hiring practices, employment investigations, and much more!

Session 1:  February 4, 11, 18 and 25 from 9am-noon Completed
Session 2:  May 5, 12, 19 and 26 from 9am-noon OR
Session 3:  September 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 9am-noon

Advanced HR Topics
Course Description: Our advanced Topics course goes beyond the fundamentals of labor and employment law to examine concepts such as employee/independent contractor classification, employment agreements, workforce restructuring, and employee benefit plan issues. Our seasoned attorneys will remove the confusion from these often misunderstood and seemingly unapproachable areas of law, taking your understanding of labor & employment law issues to the next level.
