Michael Lowenbaum is returning to his entrepreneurial roots in 2026 with the relaunch of his own labor and employment law firm in St. Louis, Missouri. Michael previously founded and served as co-managing partner of Lowenbaum Law before the firm’s combination with Jackson Lewis P.C., where he was a principal in the St. Louis office. With more than 48 years of experience, he has built a national reputation for helping employers solve and prevent a wide range of workplace challenges.

Michael’s practice spans traditional labor law and labor relations, municipal labor law, employment law, affirmative action, and wage and hour matters. He serves clients as a strategic business partner, providing both big-picture guidance and day-to-day counsel. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, leading St. Louis businesses of all sizes, and municipal and utility employers across the country. Many of these relationships have endured for more than three decades, a testament to his trusted, long-term advisory approach.

Throughout his career, Michael has negotiated more than 50 collective bargaining agreements each year and handled more than 20 arbitration hearings annually.
